I had found my dream house online, with little time remaining until the tender closed.  I needed an unconditional cash offer to have any hope of being considered in getting this beautiful home which had generated so much interest.  I owned my own investment property, however I didn't have the money upfront to make an offer and the bank weren't coming to the party. Glen was always very professional. He ensured that we were fully informed of matters relating to our property. We were regularly sent updates and photos and informed immediately of any maintenance issues. He was happy to organise people to deal with maintenance and was very prompt and efficient in dealing with any problems that needed attention.

Glen has excellent communication skills and his emails were often followed up by a call to ensure we were kept updated. This was not always easy for him as we had a five hour time difference where we were living in Australia. This often meant calls outside Glens working hours.

Jake’s been incredibly helpful on my first home journey, I checked out two houses with him that both I was really interested in, and one of them was “the one”! He had a lot of information on the properties, sent me all the documentation (via email) I might need or want to look at for any of the properties I viewed, and also provided me emails with other options that I may be interested in looking at. He’s friendly and easygoing which made my experience a lot calmer than it normally would have been.
