Have had the most amazing first home purchase experience
Jake’s been incredibly helpful on my first home journey, I checked out two houses with him that both I was really interested in, and one of them was “the one”! He had a lot of information on the properties, sent me all the documentation (via email) I might need or want to look at for any of the properties I viewed, and also provided me emails with other options that I may be interested in looking at. He’s friendly and easygoing which made my experience a lot calmer than it normally would have been. It being my first home, I was obviously in the deep end a little bit as I’m not hugely experienced yet, but he made everything so easy for me that I didn’t need to stress much at all because of his help. On first meeting Shannon I instinctively felt I could trust her and that has born itself out to be true.
Any questions I had about the mysterious real estate market, Shannon was able to comprehensively answer, and also, offered information packages as back-up too.

Am living in Australia and made the decision to sell my property here in Gisborne. With tickets booked I figured it was going to be a working holiday, doing some maintenance and cleaning up the house ready to go to market, so how it actually panned out exceeded all my expectations for the trip. My father actually suggested Karyn to me as he had dealt with Karyn previously, I was a bit hesitant as I didn't think I was ready to talk to a real estate agent just yet and was kinda dreading the whole daunting process of selling a house but decided to pick up the phone and had an appointment with Karyn the following day.
