Privacy Policy

We at Bronwyn Kay Agency collect personal information from you when we list your property, information collected includes your full name, contact information and proof of identity.  We collect your information in order to comply with the Real Estate AML/CFT requirements.  Besides our staff, we share this information with our third party service provider First AML in order to meet requirements imposed by the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009.

Providing some information is optional.  However if you choose not to provide proof of identity we will be unable to list your property for sale or lease with our agency.  We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing required staff members to access the information.  We keep your information for two (2) years as required at which point we securely destroy all electronic files.
