Am living in Australia and made the decision to sell my property here in Gisborne. With tickets booked I figured it was going to be a working holiday, doing some maintenance and cleaning up the house ready to go to market, so how it actually panned out exceeded all my expectations for the trip. My father actually suggested Karyn to me as he had dealt with Karyn previously, I was a bit hesitant as I didn't think I was ready to talk to a real estate agent just yet and was kinda dreading the whole daunting process of selling a house but decided to pick up the phone and had an appointment with Karyn the following day.
